Private chauffeur hire must be booked in advance, with a minimum booking duration of 2 hours. Once your request has been submitted, our team checks availability and assigns a dedicated chauffeur to your journey.
Payment is made at the time of booking. Once your request has been approved and a chauffeur has been assigned, you will receive a secure payment link by email. Payment on board is not available for this service. Your booking is confirmed and scheduled once payment has been completed.
You can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time. After this deadline, cancellation fees may apply to the refund due to the chauffeur and vehicle being reserved for you.
With chauffeur hire, you keep the same dedicated driver and vehicle for the entire booked period. You can make multiple journeys and stops without having to book a separate ride each time.
Yes. The fare is confirmed in advance based on the booking duration and vehicle selected, with no unexpected additional charges.
