The rates we offer for rides in Île-de-France are fixed (except for taxis) and are established based on the official Paris taxi regulations. However, please note that our chauffeur-driven vehicles (VTC) are not subject to the same regulations as taxis.

The cost of your ride is determined at the time of booking, based on the selected fare package or applicable per-kilometer rate. All our vehicles are equipped with payment terminals, allowing you to pay in cash or by credit card directly onboard.

No additional fees are charged for booking your ride, whether online or by phone. Booking is free; you only pay for the ride and any applicable vehicle approach fees.

6. Cancellation and Modification
